Altroz Property Maintenance PTY LTD was founded in Melbourne with a simple observation: property owners and facility managers were tired of chasing tradespeople, chasing quotes, and chasing accountability. Maintenance work was fragmented across dozens of single-trade contractors, each with their own availability, pricing and communication style — and nobody was ultimately responsible for the outcome.

We set out to build something different — a single, accountable maintenance partner that could handle everything from a leaking tap to a full facility contract, backed by a genuinely skilled workforce and a process that removes the guesswork. Over the past decade, that idea has grown into a team of more than 50 professionals working across commercial, residential, industrial and government sites throughout greater Melbourne.

Today, Altroz is engaged by body corporates, commercial landlords, retail groups, schools and homeowners who need maintenance done properly the first time — and who value a contractor that shows up, communicates clearly, and stands behind its work.
